Forms of treatment for premature ejaculation

The term “premature ejaculation” is derived from the Latin term ejaculatio praecox, which literally means “coming too soon or prematurely”. We consider it to be the most common problem for men in the sexual aspect of their lives. A man’s inability to control the ejaculation process often characterizes premature ejaculation. Most times, men seek treatment for premature ejaculation, especially if in over 50% of their sexual experiences they ejaculate too soon.

Here, there is already a real problem with premature ejaculation in the man and if this sexual difficulty persists, premature ejaculation treatment may be necessary.

Previously, researchers believed premature ejaculation occurred if the man ejaculated within two minutes of penetration; similarly, in the 1950s, Alfred Kinsey conducted a survey of a selected group of men and found that in more than half of all sexual encounters, three-quarters of the men ejaculated within two minutes of penetration.

Recently, however, treatment for premature ejaculation has been recommended by many sexologists when a man’s inability to control his premature ejaculation interferes significantly with his partner’s sexual and emotional well-being.

Sexologists use a variety of techniques when treating premature ejaculation. One of the most common is the use of several forms of special exercises. We call one of these exercises the start-stop technique, sometimes called the “squeeze method. Different versions of this special form of exercise have been developed, but basically it involves stimulating yourself, also known as masturbation, in order to get an erection. When the erection occurs, you stop momentarily, until you felt yourself losing your erection.

When you reach that point, you begin to re-stimulate yourself. I will repeat the process several times over several weeks so that the client gradually learns to maintain an erection for an extended period, while increasing his or her sexual tolerance.

In a slightly changed version of the “start-stop” technique, your sexual partner is involved. During sex, when you felt you are about to reach orgasm, you immediately stop, and then ask your partner to firmly squeeze the shaft, tip, or end of your penis with their thumb and two fingers. This should last about ten to twenty seconds. Sexual activity will naturally stop, but only temporarily, for about thirty seconds. Then the act can resume and the process can be repeated, as often as you like or until you and your partner reach the point where you want to go all the way.

If this method proves effective, you can learn to hold your ejaculation for a longer time. Ultimately, there are forms of premature ejaculation treatment that will allow you to control your ejaculation process without resorting to penile compression.

Kegel exercises are another special form of exercise involved in the treatment of premature ejaculation. The pelvic muscle is the primary tool used in this form of exercise. The pelvic muscle can be easily located when a man, while urinating, pauses the flow of urine from his penis.

Unlike the “start-stop” method, which takes practice to master, Kegel exercises are fairly easy to do.

You can exercise your pelvic muscle on your own, with no one noticing or watching.

You can flex the muscle for about ten seconds, stop for ten seconds, then start flexing your muscles again for another ten seconds, then stop again.

You can repeat this process several times, with the goal of strengthening the muscle involved in the exercise. This is a good and effective method of treating premature ejaculation because, with a relatively strong pelvic muscle, you can achieve your goal of controlling ejaculation.

Sex therapist and author Anita Banker-Riskin, meanwhile, said a man’s penis can be trained using Kegel exercises as a treatment for premature ejaculation. According to her, all a man has to do is attempt to develop the pelvic muscle, which she calls the pubococcygeus or PC muscle. This muscle, Riskin says, contracts involuntarily when a man ejaculates. However, if a man can intentionally contract this muscle, especially before orgasm, he can stop an impending ejaculation dead in its tracks.

The Ejaculation by Command: The Ultimate Blueprint To Superior Sexual Endurance

Every man in the world wants to become sexually dominant in order to satisfy his wife in bed. However, not all men can perform at their peak, even if they want to. Some men have problems staying in bed longer. Within moments of touching their genitals, they become aroused and ejaculate so quickly that they are extremely embarrassed.
